Sprinkle washed, dry fish with juice of one lemon. Kitchen herbs rinse and finely chop, setting aside a little bit for decoration. Mix the others with softened butter and juice of one lemon. Form butter into a roll, place in refrigerator.

Season fish, wrap in aluminum foil and cook in heated oven for 20 min at 200 degrees. Garnish the fish with herb butter, lemon slices and herbs.
