Red Wine Orange Punch

For the red wine orange punch, place all ingredients except the orange liqueur in a large pot.

Bring everything to a boil, remove from heat and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.

Strain the red wine orange punch, mix in the orange liqueur and enjoy hot.
