For the savory Swedish cake, poach the salmon fillet in vegetable soup and let cool. Remove the skin.
Mix salmon with 1-2 tablespoons creme fraiche, 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise, salt, pepper, 1 squeeze lemon juice and 1 tablespoon chopped dill. Make a spread with shrimp and tuna in the same way, do not add dill with the tuna.
Line a rectangular serving plate with cake paper, place 4 slices of tramezzini on top to form a rectangle and spread with shrimp spread. Place bread on top again, then salmon spread, bread on top and tuna spread. Finish with a layer of bread.
Spread the entire surface with mayonnaise. Sprinkle chopped egg densely all around the sides (works well with a pie server). Decorate the cake surface to taste with chopped smoked salmon, caviar with small lemon wedges, egg slices.
Serve the spicy Swedish cake.
