Instructions:

For the basic dough, mix the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the eggs and mix until creamy.

Mix the flour and baking powder and briefly add to the dough.

For the crispy cookies with chocolate first divide the dough. Fold the chopped chocolate and the raisins into one half and finally briefly mix in the cornflakes with the mixer.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat).

Form walnut-sized balls from the dough and place on a baking tray. Bake the cookies for about 10 to 15 minutes. They should keep a light surface, otherwise they will be too dry.

For the crunchy cookies with nuts, mix the other half of the dough with the chopped walnuts and the grated apple. Finally, stir in the cornflakes and proceed in the same way as described above.
