Malaga Ice

For the Malaga ice cream, pour boiling water over raisins. Allow to swell briefly, empty out the water and soak the raisins in rum.

Beat yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar white until foamy. Heat the milk, stir the sugar-yolk mixture into the warm milk and heat in the saucepan until a thick mass is formed.
