For the curd apricot strudel, cut the apricots into small pieces. Mix sugar, butter and egg until creamy, add curd cheese and mix with the apricot pieces.

Roll out the puff pastry, spread the filling on 2/3 of the dough, roll up the strudel, brush with beaten egg.

Place on a baking tray (lined with baking paper). Bake at 180 °C for approx. 35 minutes.

Preparation Tip:
