Cut beef into fine strips and fry briefly in a hot wok with the sesame oil. Add some of the sukiyaki sauce, some of the vegetables cut into the same size and some of the tofu. When the sauce boils, add glass noodles and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat until everything is prepared and eaten. Serve with rice.
