For the mango persimmon juice, first wash the mango and persimmon fruit, rub dry, clean and peel. Cut out the stalk from the persimmons and the stone from the mango. Squeeze the orange.

Cut the persimmons and mango into small pieces depending on the juicer capacity and juice. Pour the juice of the 3 fruits into a pitcher and dilute with water if desired.

Serve the mango persimmon juice chilled.

Preparation Tip:

Wrap hard fruit in newspaper and allow to ripen. Scrape very ripe persimmon fruit from peel with a spoon and blend.
