For Obatzda, cut the Camembert into coarse pieces and place in a bowl with the softened butter.
Using a potato masher, mix the Camembert with the butter until a spreadable mass is formed. Chop 1/4 onion very finely and fold into the mixture.
Season with paprika powder and salt.
Preparation Tip:
If you prefer your Obatzda spicy, you can also use hot paprika powder.
