Cut turkey fillet, beet into cubes. Peel the onion and also cut into cubes.
Sear the turkey fillet in oil, then put the meat aside in a bowl.
Sauté the onion in the drippings and add the lentils. Add balsamic vinegar and a little water.
Mix in the sliced beets and meat. Mix in the arugula to taste or scatter over the top.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of turkey meat, you can also use chicken. Instead of arugula leaf spinach fits especially well.
