For the granola bars, put the pulp of the vanilla bean, pitted dates, goji berries, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds in a cutter. Process everything together to a paste, then add some cinnamon and hemp protein powder.
Press this “dough” between two layers of baking paper into a square shape and cut into bars.
