Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Prepare pasta half-cooked and drain. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into leaves, clean the leeks and cut them into rings. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the mushrooms and leek and fry briefly, season with vegetable soup. Grind the tofu with herb salt, soy milk, garlic and curry. Put the noodles into a greased casserole dish, pour the tofu cream over it and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake the casserole in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
