A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Sauté the tortellini according to package instructions in enough salted water. Drain in a colander and let drain properly.

Grate the mushrooms and oyster mushrooms. Rinse and clean the spring onions and chop into small pieces or fine rings. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Sauté the mushrooms in clarified butter. Add the spring onions and the garlic, fry briefly. Season with pepper. Extinguish with bouillon and wine.

Simmer for approx. 10 min.

Rinse and chop the marjoram. Add in combination with pesto. Add the tortellini to the mushrooms. Offer on plates, garnish with basil as you like and place on the table.
