For the rice breakfast with orange, bring the milk to a boil with the water, cinnamon and turmeric and a pinch of salt.

Add the round grain rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes and chopped nuts. Simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked (about 20-30 minutes, depending on how firm you like the rice). Stir in between.

Peel the orange, divide it into wedges and cut them into pieces. Divide the rice breakfast between two bowls and top with the orange pieces.

Drizzle a teaspoon of grape seed oil over each. If you like, you can sweeten with a little honey. Serve while still warm!

If you have an unsprayed orange at hand, you can also add some orange peel. The rice breakfast can always be redesigned. The choice of nuts, fruit and spices can be varied individually and according to taste.
