For the chicken curry with ribbon noodles, heat oil. Dice the onions and fry them. Peel carrots and cut into pieces. Fish onions out of oil and fry carrot pieces carefully on medium flame as well.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces of the same size as the carrots, fry briefly with the carrots, fish the vegetables out of the oil and add to the onions in a saucepan.

Now shred or cut the chicken pieces into small pieces and fry them as well. Deglaze with the vegetable soup. Add curry powder and bring everything to a boil.
